Also to look the little we’ve worked on in terms of practice, we also will evaluate our systems and see what needs to change leading into the season” he said.

The Dragons tour opener is on Saturday at 2 pm in the afternoon against Hilton college from who have a rich sporting history and have produced like of ex-Springbok captain Bob Skinstad.

St George’s second match is pencilled Monday 8 April against Eastern cape giants Graeme College who play a similar brand of rugby as St Georges college and is poised to be an intriguing encounter. Especially the battle between the two backlines who have massive pace.

The Dragons wrap up their tour with a date with Clifton from Durban and on paper, this looks like the easier fixture of the entire trip. It’s a clash that could go either way on the day.
