There were such a variety of staggering outfits at the Miss Tourism Zimbabwe 2016 Grand finale, yet something else got our attention and it was the extras.
Besides all the exquisite dresses, however, we saw a huge number of attractive shoes that stole the show on the night that Fashion was murdered (You know what they say: Dress To Kill)
Zimbuzz investigates what the most eminent VIPs chose to put on their feet, we sparkle the light on Pageant Patron Mrs Barbara Mzembi, First Lady Dr Grace Mugabe, First Daughter Bona Mugabe-Chikore.
First Lady Dr Grace Mugabe
The Nation’s First Lady decided to keep it very regal and opted for this black elegant point toe.
With some pearl crown on top and leather lining and a matching clutch bag. She kept it simple yet exuding the class that we have come to know her for.
She kept within the theme with a matching black outfit that modernised her pearl decorated shoes.
First Daughter Bona Mugabe – Chikore
For Bona, all that glitters is gold as she brought the bling to the red carpet with this glittering golden piece.
This eye-catching silhouette with gold textured upper and pointed toe brightened the look for Bona who was hiding in a dull navy blue dress.
Clever for her as a shoe can transform an outfit into something amazing..and for her, the gold (both in her feet and purse) did the trick.
Mrs Barbara Mzembi
We are currently having a high fever crush on this thoroughly noteworthy moment!!!!
It’s a dependable fact that occasionally less is more when it comes to fashion and as far as footwear, that implies a downplayed match of single strap heels.
Mrs Mzembi wore these hot shoes with one strap around the lower leg and one over the toes, keeping everything else uncovered to flaunt her feet.
There was totally a need to show the new pedicure that is too adorable to be in any way concealed.
This was Zimbuzz’s Sexist Shoe Moment of the night…
