Unplugged hosted its first show of 2026 with a strong local line-up, headlined by South African Afro-soul star Ami Faku.

Female DJ Shaku Chante set the tone as the opening act, warming up the crowd with a smooth and engaging set.
Seasoned DJ Fujee kept revellers on their feet, while Madherbelieve also delivered an impressive performance.
Voltz JT, also known as “Mukoma Brian,” took the energy a level higher with his set.
The surprise act, Tocky Vibes, delivered a memorable performance, with the crowd singing along to his hits.
Nutty O proved that he continues to improve with time, putting in one of the standout live performances on the local scene, backed by high energy and strong stage presence.
Headliner Ami Faku then wooed the crowd with hits such as “Asibe Happy” and “Abalele.” Her powerful vocals and crisp delivery left the audience in a frenzy during a solid one-hour set.
DJ Reverb 7 closed the show, bringing an end to what was an epic event.
