The 11th edition of Castle Lager National Braai Day is drawing closer, with the popular celebration set for October 17, 2026, at Glamis Arena in Harare.
This year’s event will run under the tagline “Live it. Feel it. Share it.”, with gates opening at 11am and the festivities continuing until late.
Ahead of the main event, Castle Lager is taking the celebrations across the country through nationwide trade activations at popular braai venues, where fans will have the chance to win tickets, chilled Castle Lager and other prizes.
The entertainment lineup has received a boost with Jnr Spragga, the hitmaker behind Daka, joining an already impressive cast of performers.
He will share the stage with some of Zimbabwe’s biggest names, including Winky D, Nutty O, Chillspot Family, Enzo Ishall, Tammy Moyo and ExQ.
The live performances will be complemented by a strong DJ lineup featuring DJ L Roy, Nikki, Storm, Liz and I Made Her Believe, keeping the music going throughout the day.
Beyond the entertainment, braai lovers will have plenty to look forward to, with empty cooler boxes allowed into the venue and free ice available for revellers.
One of the major additions to this year’s event is Castle Braai O’Clock, a group activation running from 3pm to 4pm.
The activation will feature the Ultimate Braai Master competition alongside other contests, with Castle Lager merchandise and prizes up for grabs.
Tickets are available through SahwiGate, with a limited early-bird batch going for US$10 before the price increases to US$15.
Each ticket includes entry, a braai pack and one litre of Castle Lager Draught.
