Not only does Candice Mwakalyelye possess a distinguished skill and power as a speaker, she is also recognised as an inspiration.
And for that, the Radio Presenter has been picked as this year’s host for The High Tea.
The High Tea will be hosted for the second time in Zimbabwe at the beautiful Organikks in Chisipite on 28 April.
The High Tea targets women in business, aspiring female entrepreneurs, leading women in communities and careers and any woman looking to be among other women in hopes to gain knowledge, unity, support and resources across a wide range of industries and interests.
Speaking to Zimbuzz Ntombizodwa Sibanda Co-Founder of the High Tea said Candice represented more than just a voice.
“Candice is a big dreamer. She is a believer in being an inspiration and her platform of speaking about living with albinism has positioned her as a positive role model for girls and women who lack the confidence they deserve because they do not conform to the standards of our society,” she said.
“Our team has come to appreciate her as a quick thinker who is full of humour and we believe that she will be the perfect person to interact with all our guests,” said Ntombizodwa Sibanda about why they picked her as host.
Candice Mwakalyelye who recently rejoined ZiFM has hosted many high profile events both locally and internationally.
In May 2017 she also hosted the Zim Achievers Awards UK.
Meanwhile, the organisers of the High Tea have lined up a powerful all-female line up of speakers for the day.
They include Tendai Madondo (Media Fundi), Sapi Bachi (MD TBWA), Thato Moagi (Agriprenuer), Mellany Msengezi (GM Marketing-Econet) and Rebecca Kano- Munyuki (Business Leadership & Motivational Speaker).
There will also be great entertainment, and a finance panel to help women who are in or aspire to be in business, exhibition booths and so much more.
