High Court Judge Justice Davison Foroma has today granted music promoter Dammer, music producers Fantan and Levels $10 000 bail pending appeal against their sentence.
The trio Arnold Kamudyariwa (DJ Fantan) and Tafadzwa Kadzimwe (DJ Levelz) as well their promoter Simbarashe Chanachimwe (Damma) were earlier this month jailed for an effective six months for violating Covid-19 regulations after organising the Mbare New Year’s Eve bash.
They are to report every fortnight to a given police station and reside at given address until the matter is finalised.
