Chillspot Records’ music producer Tafadzwa Kadzimwe popularly known as Levels was on Tuesday granted ZW$20 000 bail by a Harare magistrate.
Levels is facing charges of violating the Data Protection Act after his ex-girlfriend Ashleigh ‘Shashl’ Moyo (23) accused him of leaking the pair’s sex tape.
Shashl is former Health Minister Obadiah Moyo’s daughter.
The rape and physical abuse charges were referred back to the police upon indications that Shashl intends to withdraw.
Mr Pardon Dziva appeared for the State while lawyer Mr Dumisani Mtombeni represented DJ Levels.
