Probeatz in debut Cape Town Show alongside Tuku

As good music lives forever, Cape town residents decided to utilize the energy of the living legend, music superstar Dr Oliver Mtukudzi as they demanded him to perform again in The Mother City (CapeTown) on the 15th of June at Artscape Theatre Centre.

 

He last performed there in 2017 during his 64th Birthday concert tour dubbed ‘Mukuru Tuku Mzansi’ Birthday Tour hosted by XtraTime Entertainment.

“So Cape Town, some of the best young artists in Zimbabwe, please never call them “upcoming” they are just young, will be coming with me for the show. @bibobryan @SylentNqo and @probeatznation.

“Get your tickets now before they sell out. we believe in our young people always” tweeted Oliver Mtukudzi introducing the budding music legends to share the stage with him.

For Probeatz this marks his debut performance in South Africa and second time sharing the stage with Tuku.

The Zim’s finest beatboxer is overwhelmed with the recognition that is leading him to perform live to some of his South Africa based fans.

“Consistency in one thing always leads to great things when you keep pushing to the limit,” said the human radio – Probeatz born as Takudzwa Mashonganyika.

His high level of creativity has made the beatboxer flexible to perform with any musician and his presence on stage will undoubtedly be a great present to music lovers.

The beatboxer also found space in the rap game as he can also drop heavy bars and comical metaphors.

It is always magic when Probeatz collaborates with the multi-award winning guitarist and instrumentalist Silent Nqo.

The two versatile World of Performing Arts winners mastered the art of crowd-wowing as they always give an exceptional performance with a lot of variation. Beatz and Stringz makes up their collaboration.

Last Friday he featured Bryan K at ‘Intimacy’ a show which was to make people get close to the Ndopenga songwriter.

The duo are both winners of the local talent search show Starbrite and DreamStar.
