Rapper Sizipop Drops First Single “25 Lighters” with unique Blend of Sounds and Cultures

Sizwe ‘Sizipop’ Marumure, the versatile rapper and composer has announced the release of his debut single, ’25 Lighters’  which showcases his unique blend of sounds and cultures, drawing inspiration from his experiences in Malmö, Sweden, and his youth in Zimbabwe, the U.K and South Africa.

The track, with influences ranging from Bank Bunz to Rizzaw the Nomad king, has been in the vault for some time and features contributions from Chantel Carr and G Side in Huntsville, Alabama, along with Cory (aka Slow Motion Soundz), who engineered the song.

Describing his music as a blend of different cultures and sounds, Sizipop aims to create music that resonates with everyone, from the streets to the geeks.

“I try to make music that resonates with everybody… When I try to create art, it’s not to reflect where I am but more who or what I am,” says Sizipop.

’25 Lighters’ stands out with its unique production, mixing, and mastering, showcasing a blend of styles from Huntsville, Alabama to Sweden, with dreamy vocals from Chantel on the hook. The song serves as a reminder to enjoy the simple things in life and to appreciate the connections that music creates across different locations and cultures.

Fans can expect more exciting projects from Sizipop soon, with plans to drop his first album ‘KARMA’ later this year. The album promises to be a diverse collection that caters to hustlers, dancers, introverts, and manga and anime geeks alike.

When asked about his advice for aspiring hip-hop artists, Sizipop emphasized the importance of having fun with your work and staying patient.

“Fame shouldn’t be a goal… If you play an instrument outside, you never know how your music could help someone having a bad day,” he says.
