Video: Tatenda Mahachi, Tuku in a Masterpiece Collaboration

Award winning Gospel artist Tatenda Mahachi expanded his repertoire beyond the traditional sound and allowed youthful producer Mcdonald Chidavanezi to knit together the hit song.

The song Ndisiye brings together two of the country’s most gifted songwriters on a masterpiece that should last the test of time.

Dr Oliver Mtukudzi and Tatenda Mahachi

The song is a perfect collaboration as it sees both artists sharing equal vocal responsibility, allowing each other to bring the best out of their souls

The video which was shot by award winning director Vusa Blaqs had the main shots done at the Rainbow Towers lounge located on the 14th floor of the hotel.

Already making the heavy rotation on radio, the song comes with a creative video.

Ndisiye chronicles the struggles of an alcoholic man whose marriage is falling apart because of this indulgence.

The wife decides to leave the marriage realising that she was just by herself in the relationship with a man who just found new love in clear beer.

In the nick of time the man awakens and realised that the flesh of his flesh and bone of his bones had left him, and besides the bed she left a message written ‘Find God, Find Me’

He decided to run after his wife to save the marriage.

In the video, Mahachi exhibited his acting skills as he plays the role of the drunkard man.

“Whenever you are accorded a chance to collaborate with a living legend like Dr Tuku, a man who is known globally, you need to summon all your creative genius, and a good listening ear to come up with a song that will touch lives,” explains Mahachi.

The song has a simple message which was derived from James 4v7 which says ..Resist the Devil and he will flee from You.

Ammara Brown Silences Critics in a Loud Way

Over the years we have known her, Ammara Brown has slayed everything in her wake from features, the stage, collaborations and even solo efforts.

There are those who were of the opinion that the star only came to the party on collaborations, Akiliz delivers a loud announcement that Ammara is indeed the real deal.

This time around she decided to go the solo route for her newest single which features Dj Tamuka and Take Fizzo on production. If claims by countless people that they have this song on repeat are to be believed it would seem Miss Brown has a new hit on her hand.

The joint itself has an Afropop feel while soulful chords and Ammara’s vocals combine to give it tear fest value.

Akiliz references the proverbial Achilles’ heel as Ammara cries out to the one she loves because he has been treating her shabbily knowing she won’t leave as he knows how to manipulate her weakest points.

Rapper Tiara Shows us How Many inches she Prefer

We all have hair but it doesn’t have as many inches and luxurious texture as that of rap Goddess Tiara Baluti.

The sexy star took to Facebook yesterday to show off her long weave in a video captioned “aint no cheap ass weave” we don’t know whom the message was targeted at.

Inches ???☺️

Posted by Tiara Tinie Baluti on Tuesday, September 5, 2017

What we know for sure is that a few of our Brazilian Samba girls have started tripling in for the Harare International Carnival…Only those can match her hair or donate some (oops)

We have seen Tiara in some sensual dressing and steamy dance moves in videos, she at times has shown more skin to our satisfaction but a bathroom selfie is one bold move.

Or maybe she had just flushed another of her old weaves in the toilet. Anyhows we just love how she is playing with her inches…you got inches girl

5 Things We Are Expecting From A Pregnant Zale

The country’s biggest Hip Hop producer Anonzi Xndr and girlfriend Zale are about to give birth to a royal baby.

Pregnancy never looked this sexy – Zaleekhah Khan Picture- Facebook

Famed for being Hip Hop royal couple, they are expecting their first baby together, Zaleekhah Khan—who already has a son from her previous relationship —took to Facebook to announce the happy news with a photo of herself showing off her growing bump.

She wrote: “Once again I have been entrusted with another angel from the almighty, words can not express the love & favour I already feel and all I know is that I am one blessed woman. We are so excited to announce our bump. We really want to thank our family, for their love and constant support, our dear friends for all the positive energy we appreciate you all. With prayer anything is possible  “

Zimbuzz is credited for naming the two Hip Hop royal couple, therefore, e are entitled to our few of our own expectations.

1.May you please reveal the sex of the baby so that we can find a perfect name for it. While still in the neighbourhood we would also like to suggest a godmother and godfather for the babe. We already have a few names.

2. We expect a full all-revealing pregnancy photo shoot. Like the one Vanity Fair published of a of a pregnant Serena Williams? Something like that.

Serena Williams picture by Vanity Fair

And oh we have a few poses we would like to suggest, how about one where dad-to-be is kissing his pregnant wife’s burgeoning belly?

3. While pregnant may you forever remain sexy.

Yes we mean this sexy

Your pregnancy ought to be charming. While your belly should swell whatever is left of your body ought to stay slim and conditioned. There ought to be no obvious indications of a tired Zale.

4. We now know why you delayed your wedding. Rumour has it that you both couldn’t find any good ring bearers or flower girls so you decided to make your own.

Please, may we have that wedding as soon as the baby is delivered?

5. We need a Facebook Live of the baby’s womb escape. We have found a sponsor who is willing to fund us to buy the rights. We do hereby submit our proposal of $35 000 for the exclusive rights.

Congratulations guys……

#TuesBeauty: Five Things Men Need To Understand About Make-Up

Men do have an opinion about what they think is sexy and beautiful and one of the areas they have a strong opinion on is makeup.

Some men have even gone to extreme lengths of calling women a fraud when makeup has been washed off

1.  Well here are a few things you need to understand, Men must understand we can’t be crucified for their lack of creativity. Like honestly who in their right mind is so naïve to think that women were born with dewy, glowy skin and bold red lips.

Please, brothers ‘loosen up’ flex your brains. It is for us to stop trying to convince you to understand this simple thing.

2.  That there are different strokes for different folks. They must learn to admire rather than feel threatened. Each person has something that they love dearly, something that tickles their fancy. If it happens that for some women its make-up let it be, to each his own.

3.  Make-up is a community amongst women and make-up lovers. Women wear make-up for themselves and other women. How can women wear make-up for men, who can barely understand the make-up techniques anyway!

Women love it when other ladies compliment them on their make-up skills.e.g eyebrow shaping, fleeking the contouring and highlighting game e.t.c.

4. Make-up is an essential part of the world we live in, it will never go out of fashion, they must just suck it up. Make-up is here to stay, the sooner they get used to it the better.

Men must understand that make-up doesn’t only get applied on faces you see, but also on hundreds of extras you don’t often see.

Make –up is also applied as special effects for wounds, scars and blood on your favourite horror movie characters; they don’t complain about that one, now that’s double standards. Why choose which type of make-up to dislike, it’s still make-up at the end of the day.

5. Men must understand that even the natural faces they say they prefer, make-up has been used to achieve that natural look.

A lot of make-up is used, from moisturising the face to give it a perfect base, concealing the imperfections giving a flawless looking skin, applying a light base of foundation and powder, earthy colours on the eyeshadows if any, then different shades of nudes on the lips or lip-gloss for an even simpler lip, the ladies just keep it subtle to give it a naturally stunning look.

#GwandaGospelFest Day 1 —  Stars Deliver Big Thrills

The best of local and South African gospel acts last night lit up and displayed their enthusiastic, soul filled singing and dances on the opening day of the Gwanda International Gospel Festival.

Fans that were primed for an evening of deep worship and great praises got exactly what they had hoped for as polished acts turned up at Pelandaba Stadium.

Masvingo based ZCCC Mbungo Stars took us down memory lane when they first burst into the limelight during the gala days with their energetic dances and brass band thrilling the packed stadium.

For anyone who is an intercessor, Hlengiwe Mhlaba’s performance is a ‘must see and hear’ experience.

Her strong vocals thundered through out the stadium reverberating to the surrounding neighbourhood as she tore the heavens apart with her worship.

She was later joined on stage by the ever green Michael Mahendere the result of which was church at Pelandaba Stadium.

For Gwanda Festival loyal attendees local singer Knowledge Nkiwane is always greeted by loud cheers and applause. And this time was no different.

South African performer Dumi Mkokstad added his voice to the already heavy atmosphere teeming with prayers and praises as he delivers a memorable act.

To cap off an electric night was a heavy firework display and fan were awed by the sights and sounds of the colourful display as it illuminated the skies.
