Enzo Ishall on Coke Top 50 – ‘Im a poor man lifted from the Dust’

Looking at his face one could see a young man with a story to tell, you could feel the lump in Enzo Ishall’s voice as he tried to speak.

But all he could do was quote Psalm 113 v 7, ‘He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap’

Enzo Ishall put up a brave face in his acceptance speech as he received his prizes for coming out number one in the ZBC TV COKE TOP 50 for his song Kanjiva.

“When you hear that God raises up the poor out of the dust, i am an example of that,” he said as he tried to explain his story in one Bible verse.

“I thank God for raising me to these levels, i thank the fans for accepting my music, i also want to thank Fantan and Level for welcoming me into the Chill Spot family.”

Enzo Ishall has been 2018’s biggest reveal and a phenomenon producing a hit with each single released.

And Coca-Cola Top 50 was his first honour in a short but promising career pocketing a cash prize of $2,500 ahead of Jah Prayzah’s Dzamutsana which earned the artist $2000.

 On number three was The Reason Why by Baba Harare who walked away with $1,500

The event also honoured artists from Radio Zimbabwe Coca Cola Top 50.

Reverend Toggie Chivaviro who took number one in the Radio Zimbabwe Coca Cola Top 50 charts was gifted with $2500 while second-placed Admire Nago got $2000.

Third place went to Mai Patai who won $1500.

Various prizes were also presented to viewers and listeners who managed to predict correctly the top winners in both the
Radio Zimbabwe Coca Cola Top 50 and ZBC TV COKE TOP 50.

A total of 2 780 correctly predicted the number one song on Radio Zimbabwe Coca-Cola Top 50, that is Matishamisa by Rev Chivaviro. Five Listeners correctly predicted the top four songs on Radio Zimbabwe Coca-Cola Top 50 while 103 correctly predicted the top 3.

TV Predictions

A total of 289 viewers correctly predicted the number one video on ZBC TV Coke Top 50- Kanjiva while 22 got the top two videos correct. One viewer correctly predicted the top four videos in its correct order for TV.
