Things are heating up between RnB crooner Chris brown and Zimbabwean songstress Tinashe following a social media flare-up.
The bad blood came up after Tinashe unfollowed Chris Brown on Twitter following Brown’s attack on Kehlani shortly after she attempted suicide over online bullying by some of her fans.
Tinashe was one of the few female artists who slammed brown’s unwarranted comments toward Kehlani.
During an interview on Wednesday with San Francisco’s KMEL, the “2 On” singer said that it was unnecessary.
“I felt like it was just so unnecessary,” she said. “I was just like, ‘Whatever.’…That’s just so unnecessary. I just think it’s silly. It’s petty. What’s the benefit?”
“It’s not even worth it, it’s not a big deal to me. I don’t think that follows on Twitter are a big deal. If I see him, I would love to speak to him,” she added.
This irked the Rnb star who responded with a scathing attack on his Instagram calling her a hobbit face ass.
“I hope she talked about ‘HER’ career for most of this interview ‘WHOISHAE’ TINASHAE,”Breezy wrote. “I hope they rehearsing for those performance (power 106 charity basketball game halftime show) give her credit though, 30 16 year old hobbit face ass. WE WANT MUSIC, WE WANT MUSIC, WE WANT MUSIC!! TEACH ME HOW TO JERK FACE ASS.”
However, Tinashe’s previous comments seem to suggest the two never really were on good footing although they recorded a duet together.
On March 11, she told ET Canada she was forced into making music with Brown. “It was really the label,” she said. “It wasn’t me.”
