Singer and businesswoman Cindy Munyavi last Friday scooped a prestigious Award at the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce – Women in Enterprise Conference.
Nominated in the Arts, Sports and Culture category, the Setter-Pace hitmaker walked away tops, beating fellow musician Hope Masike and Star FM’s KVG.
This is the third time that Cindy has been recognised by the same body after she came out runner-up in 2013.
Cindy said the award was a clear indication that the Entertainment sector was a viable business worthy of recognition.
“This award not only gives confidence to the corporates that we work with but also pains a picture that we are professionals,” she said.
This award adds to the many accolades that Cindy has received during her illustrious career.
