Bride-to-be Olinda Chapel-Chideme who is set to wed Hip-hop genius Stunner might have given us a hint of what to expect in her future nuptials.
olinda chapel-chideme
And she got the style.
Writing on her facebook page this past week, she posted a picture of what we think is her choice for the special day, but she decided to be modest about it.
She wrote:
“When you find the perfect dress and it’s 14k, then you remember you only wear it once in your life. My mother taught me no matter how much you get, doesn’t mean you have to waste. Enough people starving in this world . .”
The post was accompanied by this picture:
Although she said the dress was expensive, it seems her preference was one detail she found irresistible to share and she just gave it all away in one facebook post.
The lovely bride seems to be avoiding the traditional meringue-style gown and opting for this showstopping modern style.

With a touch of glitz and glamour, DStv’s Zambezi Magic channel officially launched its hosting of The Arthur Evans Show, a Zimbabwean magazine show now appearing on the channel for a continental audience.
Arthur Evans and team with MultiChoice Zimbabwe
The launch event took place in Bulawayo in the build-up to Christmas, featuring song and dance and a series of endorsements of the show, which gives additional Zimbabwean content to a channel designed to focus on film and television material produced in Southern Africa.
Speaking at the event, MultiChoice Zimbabwe publicity and public relations manager Liz Dziva was enthusiastic about reaction to the show since it started a 13-week run on Zambezi Magic in November.
She said that Zambezi Magic was launched to provide a meaningful platform for content from Southern Africa including Zimbabwe, and had already showcased a selection of leading films and television productions from local producers.
The inclusion of the Arthur Evans show had added a new dimension, giving exposure to a range of Zimbabwean people who were guests on the show during its run.
“We are excited about this show and about the great things it is doing for Zimbabwe on the African television scene, and we hope this will be the first of many series to be aired on Zambezi Magic,” he said.

The show, which started broadcasting on Saturday November 5, is hosted by well-known Zimbabwean presenter and MC, Arthur Evans.
Its opening season of 13 episodes slots in on Zambezi Magic at 6.30pm each Saturday, with further availability on DStv Catch-up.
The show profiles Zimbabwean and African trendsetters, visionaries, pioneers, trailblazers and people who have defied the odds to get to the top.
Guests appearing include Oliver Mtukudzi, Ammara Brown, Sandra Ndebele, Carl Joshua Ncube, Jeys Marabini, Munya Chidzonga and many others.
“Zambezi Magic is a channel that would like to focus on content from Zimbabwe and the introduction of shows like this reinforce its mission to do so,” said Ms Dziva.
Zimbabwean content in the recent past includes shows like Wedding Diaries, Makosi Today, Celebrate Life, Tonight With Zororo, Wine and Dine With Tumi and Zambezi News, among others.
She describes herself as a black diamond and true to the mineral’s nature, Ashley Morgen proved that she indeed was made under very high temperatures and pressure as she stormed into the Miss Tourism International Top 10.

The vivacious model touched down from Malaysia to a royalty welcome at the Harare International Airpot Wednesday afternoon aboard a Kenyan Airways.
The finals which took place on New Year’s eve saw a bevvy of 60 beauties from all over the world vying for the crown.
Ashley Mogen was the only African representatives to storm into the Top 10.
She says making it to the top 10 made her feel proud.
“It made me feel proud because we had 60 countries altogether and they were eight representatives from Africa, so to stand out like that was such an honour,” she said with a wide smile beaming on her face.
“I was shocked and glad at the same time.”
She says she has made a lot of friends in Malaysia and she hopes to share all the experiences she got for the betterment of the modelling industry in Zimbabwe.
Ashley’s mum couldn’t hide her joy as she saw her daughter who had been away from home for a long time since crowned winner, she later spoke to Zimbuzz about the success her daughter has achieved.
Ashley and her Mum

It was an eventful year in Zimbabwe Celebville, the year had one very high-profile marriage, some events left our hearts broken, some tore us up in laughter.
It also was a good year for Zimbuzz as we celebrated our First Anniversary in October, we also became the biggest celebrity news blog in Zimbabwe and to top it all we won The Best Online Media Award at the Zim Hip Hop Awards.
But the real newsmakers, our beloved celebrities made all the news. Here is a selection of the Most Buzzing Celebrity News of 2016.
Stunner
Stunner
He probably was the biggest news and noise maker in 2016. His year was characterised by all the hip-hop drama you can expect from him.
He launched his album Mudhara vachauya at the HICC and managed to fill up the venue. Despite the sexual abuse allegations from former band mate Gonyeti, Jah Prayzah’s stock continued to rise as his video Watora Mari featuring Diamond Platnumz managed to hit a 1 million views in just 18 days.
This December he also announced a collaboration with Mafikizolo something we are eagerly waiting to sample in 2017. He also became the first Zimbabwean to win an MTV Award for the People’s Choice category.
The Miss Zimbabwe Circus and the Glamourous Miss Tourism Zimbabwe
The pageant was initially pencilled for April and was later pushed to July leading to the cancellation of the contest. The decision was reached after the Trust did not get the sufficient number of ladies during the scouting process.
We later learnt that Miss Zimbabwe Trust Chairperson Mrs Mary Chiwenga said that they failed to find beautiful girls to represent the country.
Miss Tourism Zimbabwe Ashley Morgan flanked by her two princesses Nonhlanhla Dube and Shirley-Ann Lindsey
In November we witnessed one the most glamorous beauty pageants ever hosted in the country when Mrs Barbara Mzembi spearheaded the rebranding of the Miss Tourism Zimbabwe. The event saw the queen walking away with prizes in excess of $20 000.
Skimbo and Lady Squanda
Skimbo
A pitiful and stunning video of Lady Squanda forcing comedian Skimbo to lick her feet became a web sensation in July. The casualty described to Zimbuzz how he was allegedly taken from his home after Squanda said she wanted to do a collaboration with him.
The video forced the organisers of a UK gig to remove Squanda from the tour and later replaced her with Skimbo as a show of pity.
Morgan Heritage finally performed in Zimbabwe
Grammy award-winning ensemble Morgan Heritage finally came to Zimbabwe but through a new promoter, 2Kings Entertainment.
The group had for a long time been pencilled to perform in Harare in December of 2015 but the show was cancelled. However, in October, they performed before a full house at the HICC.
Heir to the Dendera kingdom Sulumani Chimbetu exchanged nuptials with wife Linda Samuriwo at Zimbali Gardens in Greendale. But his ex-wife Marigold Mutemasango, tried to block the wedding from happening as she made claims she was still customarily married to Sulumani.
Blackperl revealed she was still a Virgin
Award winning female rapper Blacperl exclusively revealed to Zimbuzz that not only did she wear the Crown Hip Hop Queen on her head, she additionally wore her Virginity Crown.
For the larger part of the year, Mudiwa had been posting Bi-Polar statuses ranging from Why am I single to Single and Waiting is betterthan Taken and Faking.
Honestly, we almost felt the loneliness permeating from Mudiwa’s Posts, luckily for him, he landed himself a hottie
Rumours of a pregnant Pokello Nare went wild in 2015 but the couple managed to keep the news under tight wrap.
However, the during the Easter Holidays in March the formerBig Brother Africa contestant decided to share with us a picture of what we believed then to be their newborn baby, maybe 2-3 months old.
The Queen of Swagger later confirmed that they had been blessed with a baby boy named Tristen.
Sharon Macheso’s naughty boobs
Alick Macheso decided to release an ‘Tsoka Dzerwendo’ a long hiatus. However, her daughter Sharon decided to flash her ‘twins’ during the album launch.
She decided to reveal more boob than was necessary to considering she was sitting right in front of her dad Alick.

On any normal day you would have been in a business meeting, on a bus to South Africa or in the Streets hustling for the paper, but alas the gods gifted you with an abnormally long holiday.
Like hell you deserved it! While you had your data switched off so that you can commit your holiday sins uninhibited by annoying notifications about who is having a birthday on Christmas, there was a bit of some news you might have missed.
This probably missed you while you were busy consuming lunch enough to feed 4 people because it’s a holiday, here is a bit of what happened
Norman of Extra large Wedded

Your grandma’s oldest serving Roja tied the knot on Saturday 24 December, and we must confess we never got a sniff of the happenings.
The Warriors forgot the Yellow fever Vaccination
File Picture by Nehanda Radio…Warriors at the Airport before the Tanzania Game last year
The country’s biggest Sports Page, DeMbare Dotcoms revealed that the Warriors were detained in Ivory Coast after they failed to produce Yellow Fever Vaccination Cards.
They were told to pay and get the yellow fever vaccination but there was no money, however, the Ivorian Football Association intervened and the situation was addressed.
The match which was played on Boxing day ended in a goalless draw.
Sir Wicknell Almost Deported in the USA
Sir Wicknell
Sententious businessman Wicknell Chivayo’s vacation holiday was almost cut short at the J F Kennedy Airport after he was threatened with deportation.
The businessman revealed this on his facebook page saying the immigrationn officer wanted to send him back home because he was “very stubborn and disrespectful he keeps speaking in his home language.”
The immigration officer had asked him a lot of questions but chiefly his ties to the First family and Government.
Fortunately for him, his holiday was saved by a file picture of him and Former Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai.
Explained Wicknel: ” I then showed him pictures on my ipad of me sitting next to Morgan Tsvangirai. I said to him I’ve been to his office and his house on so many different occasions….. So the supervisor took my iPad with the MOGIDZA’s picture on the screen and goes with it then comes back after 10 minutes and says ok now we understand you it’s fine we will just let you in.”
ZIMRA employees to undergo polygraph testing
Polygraph Test. Pic by The Skepdick
If you are a fan of the White House/CIA/FBI drama you definitely know the Lie detector tests which have become a popular feature in crime dramas.
The Zimbabwe Revenue Authority said it was implementing the polygraph testing of employees transferred to strategic locations in the authority starting with those transferred to Beitbridge Border Post.
According to Wikipedia a polygraph, popularly referred to as a lie detector, measures and records several physiological indices such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and skin conductivity while the subject is asked and answers a series of questions.
Andy Muridzo left for the UK
New found talent Andy Muridzo left for the United Kingdom where is to make his debut appearance at the “Festive Explosion UK Tour”
An exuberant Muridzo posted a few snaps on facebook with some of his band members.
I haven’t done reviews in a while cause if you have nothing Nice to say …
Anyhow, Have you SEEN Miss Ammara ‘s new VIDEO ????? Like have You Watched observed and Replayed??? This Video has bumped her from the Legends daughter to Freaking superstar Artist status with just a click of a YouTube link.
The Song is Wachu Wanton that Dancehall Tip featuring Chengeto (She might have found her Niche here cause well who is leading the Female Dancehall artist with such a world class Project)
Whachu want Is almost every girls anthem about that One Guy who thinks he is God’s Gift to women (The Real gift is Chocolate but IDK) and tries to get with everyone including your own sister and is just messy, messy, messy.
The video is Brilliant !!! The storyline is in sync with the lyrics (Very rare in Zim videos) Ammara being the Boss chick she is goes to lunch in a Stunning yellow number and passes this All eyes Bhudhi on a date with a Girl who is obviously his Girlfriend.
And things get smoky and messy within seconds as this guy also get with C-Brown and has himself in a Vampire Diaries plot line.
Now I’m not going to break down the whole Video for you cause then where is the fun in that? But here are some major Key points you should Look out For
1. Super Synchronized Sister Moves from AB and CB, they gave Brick and Lace a run for their money with the moves they pulled out in the seconds they danced, If you blink you might miss the switch in positions so beautifully executed by BLAQS.
2.I loved the Attitude throughout the video from the ladies they had that Classy ‘I Run This’ attitude that was in their Postures, makeup, Dances EVERYTHING. This is what Beyonce meant when she said Slay or get Eliminated.
3.Product placement was most sneakily and expertly done by African Fire AF. I am assuming with the number of Shots of Jewellery on the ladies that every piece they wore was from AF, and the Store where Chengeto was with Lover Boi was also AF.
4.Its High time we started mixing Business with Music, I am happy that the product placement wasn’t too In your Face like those Beats By Dre.
5.Okay, lets Talk about the Snake scene, yea yea Calm the African in you that wants to scream WITCH and deem her an Illuminati member cause you are a “Woke Traditional African” and think of the symbolism of the Scene.
6.Ammara is sleeping with a Snake. How many times have you and your Girlfriends said “Mxm Varume inyoka? ( Men are snakes) well, I’m guessing Miss Ammara drove that point Home by entertaining Mr Slick she was dealing and sleeping with a Snake …metaphorically speaking.
But Yoh girly was that like a real snake or those Hollywood ones that are CGI or remote controlled ??? I hope so Cause Whooo shem you are Stroooooonggg
7.You know what I love the video, I love the song I love the Team Up, I really hope this is the last video of the year cause anything else will just feel like Eating sadza after having one of those $14 burgers.

After dominating the local dancehall scene, Award Winning musician Winky D has finally landed his first big collaboration with Jamaican star, Jah Cure.
Winky D
Zimbuzzcan exclusively reveal that the two powerhouses have started the process to record a duet.
A source privy to the ongoings told Zimbuzzthat the collaboration is definitely happening.
“Winky D has achieved almost anything he could achieve locally and an international collaboration is the only thing needed for him to attract global attention,” the source told Zimbuzz.
“All the plans for a collaboration are almost concluded, what’s left is the payments to be made and we will be bumping to a Jah Cure – Winky D collaboration sooner or later,” added the source.
Jah Cre performing in Harare. Picture by Tsitsi Ndabambi
However, Winky D’s manager Jonathan Banda was imprecise with his answer when contacted for comment.
“Such things (collaborations) are difficult to talk about especially when a lot of paperwork is required,” he told Zimbuzz.
“The guys who have part rights to Winky D’s music are stationed in South Africa.”
“I can’t pretty much confirm (on the collaboration), what I can confirm is that Jah Cure was in Zimbabwe,” he added.
“It’s not as easy but I can’t deny neither can I confirm.”
A Jah Cure/Winky D song will be a collaborative feast that has already wetted the appetite of dancehall fans around the country and its release is eagerly awaited.
Winky D is one rare artist who can produce a platinum selling record on his own but when two voices from different continents meet up, the blending is something genuinely special.
After the success of a collaboration between Winky D and veteran musician Oliver Mtukudzi, we are hoping to see a different take altogether.
Our anticipation is for both Jah Cure and Winky D to share equal vocal duties on the track unlike the Tuku collaboration
